When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by no later than August 1, 2025. Feel free to RSVP earlier!
You can RSVP either by using the above link, or by mailing back your form. No need to do both! If anything changes after you have RSVP’d, please reach out to us directly.
What is the Dress Code?
The dress code for the Ceremony and Reception is formal. For the ladies, we encourage a floor-length gown or fancy cocktail dress. If a flowing dress isn’t your thing, a tailored suit is a great option for both men and women. Please do not wear a white dress. A jumpsuit is also a suitable option. For the gentlemen, tuxedos or suits are preferred.
Given the Reception location at Kelly Way Gardens, we encourage (and are excited about) festive and seasonal colors and prints. Please keep in mind that Saturday’s events will take place outside on grass and gravel. Perhaps consider a secondary layer as the sun sets.
Golf cart transportation will be provided at Kelly Way Gardens for guests who may have difficulty reaching the tent site.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM. Please feel free to arrive early and relax at the Inn. Live music will begin at 2:30 PM. Please be seated no later than 2:45 PM.
The Paul Barn, where the Ceremony is being held, is located just south of the Inn building.
For more information, please refer to our Events page.
What if it rains?
In the case of severe weather, the ceremony will take place in the Rockefeller Room. The weather call will be made no later than 12:00PM on the day of the event. Look out for any updates regarding weather accommodations on our website.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We made our best efforts to be intentional and thoughtful in our decision making. If you did not receive a plus-one in your wedding invitation and are curious about the possibility, please contact us directly to discuss further.
Are children invited to the wedding?
While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss further.
Where can I park?
The Woodstock Inn & Resort offers complimentary on site (and valet) parking for all wedding guests. No guest parking is permitted at the reception site (Kelly Way Gardens). A shuttle will provide transportation between the Ceremony and the Reception.
Where will restrooms be located?
During the Ceremony, guests may use restrooms within the Woodstock Inn & Resort.
During the Reception, guests may use restrooms on-site at Kelly Way Gardens.
