Accommodations

We have arranged Room Blocks at The Woodstock Inn and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites White River Junction. A shuttle will provide transportation to and from the wedding for guests staying at the Holiday Inn. Just mention the “Carle-Felder Wedding” when you book at either of these locations.

The following list includes more information about lodging options in the area. Please let us know if you have any questions. We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible. It is peak tourist season in northern New England during this time.

Transportation

If you are able to drive (or rent a car, or carpool), we recommend it. Vermont is a rural area with limited public transportation (plus, a drive through Vermont in the Fall is beautiful).

However, our wedding is also accessible via public transportation. If you are planning to travel exclusively via public transportation, we recommend staying at the Holiday Inn White River Junction, and using the following steps:

  1. Fly to Boston or New York

  2. Take Dartmouth Coach (Regional Bus) or Amtrak (Train) to Hanover/White River Junction

  3. Take Advance Transit (Local Bus) to the Holiday Inn

  4. Take the shuttle to/from our wedding. The shuttle leaves at 2:00 PM for the ceremony.
